In the eyes of the elderly, the bottles and jars that they do not want to throw away are often the memories of the previous generation for half a lifetime. In their eyes, these inanimate objects have a story to tell. The kettle from the days of the youth in the countryside is a piece of youth; the pumpkin dried up in the sun is a harvest year; the spice jar in the corner is the invisible happiness in every dish.
The photographic work 'Memories of Life at an Older Age' goes into the homes of the older generation, attempting to record the simple yet happy era of slow living through photography in a precious story, and hoping to use it to leave a little fragment of slow living in the fast-paced era. It explores which people are still keeping the original rhythm and living the life they want most as happiness and slow living fades away.
